I don't know of a pure rose vanilla, but this one by Laurence Dumont has vanilla and rose, plus violet, lily of the valley and ylang ylang...

If you're looking for strictly just rose and vanilla, your best bet might be to purchase some essential oils and make the blend yourself. You can find essential oils at any new age-y type store or google ';essential oils'; to find internet sellers. Instructions to make perfume from essential oils are here...

I can't really help with the rose. I hate rose perfumes plus I seem to be allergic to them all. However, vanilla is one of my favorite scents. Angel by Thierry Mugler is a vanilla, chocolate, caramel and patchouli scent that is absolutely delicious. If you so not have any luck otherwise you can give this one a try.
';Casmir'; by Chopard is an exotic vanilla scent...and amazing! It is actually ';discontinued';, however you can get it on-line, or at one of those ';Perfumania'; outlets at most malls.
