I believe it was discontinued many years ago - I think Goya was bought by Coty. Unless you can find an unopened bottle on ebay or somewhere you're probably out of luck.
There are many Rose based fragrances on the market - it had a bit of resurgence a few years back - but you'd have to try a few a find a similar match, I've no record of the composition in any of my fragrance reference books.
